STRATACACHE attended the major gathering of the American Luxury Suite Directors that took place the last week of June in Pittsburgh. The organization started over 26 years ago to promote the best practices of a new concept called “premium seating”, a barely solid business concept at the time.

 

Today, the premium seating marketplace is a major driver of all live venue experiences. The objective is to provide the best fan experience that takes the guest from a one-time interest, to a regular fan to a generational supporter. The concept of Pop-Up suites with unique merchandise are all exciting innovative ideas to make each event a unique and memorable experience. Understanding the specifics of Guest-Fan-Supporter journey is vital for both teams and venues to understand how they can continue to enhance the guest experience at the venue.
