STRATACACHE Releases Results of Extensive Study on Digital Signage in Retail Banking

The Study, Conducted by LEWIS, Surveyed 10,500 Customers and Uncovers Positive Correlation Between Digital Installations, Brand Equity and Sales

DAYTON, OH, US—December 14, 2018—STRATACACHE, leading providers of marketing technology, today announced results of a retail banking research study developed in conjunction with LEWIS, a global integrated communications agency. The market research study extensively examines the impact of digital signage installations on retail bank locations and has uncovered the positive relationship between digital signage installations and brand equity components that drive increases in retail sales.

With oversight from STRATACACHE’s retail banking team, LEWIS and STRATACACHE developed a 50+ question survey instrument and administered the survey to more than 10,500 banking customers of 39 of the largest financial institutions located across Europe and North America. The survey includes questions addressing marketing awareness, brand equity value, digital signage effectiveness and sales actions taken by banking customers. All respondents were sourced from partners that use Imperium’s suite of data quality services to ensure statistically relevant results.
