Ordering and waiting for your order is as entertaining as it is efficient with our ordering queue solution. Guests use a tablet to quickly, easily place their sandwich order, taking a selfie and entering their name during the ordering process. When their order is ready, their own picture and name pop up on eye catching, large-format digital menu board displays, creating an engaging, personalized experience while promoting shorter lines and increased order accuracy at the counter.

Featuring our Primasee interactive touchscreen displays, this solution displays full-motion video of a featured product on cold vault doors, attracting shoppers to the cooler containing the featured product. The display content can include a short game which highlights and promotes the items inside the cooler, fully visible behind the transparent glass. Additionally, the content can be monetized to generate ad revenue from partner brands. Primasee LCD displays come in multiple sizes for flexibility in deployment in various retail store footprints.

Heavy traffic or rain starting? Invite guests in the store to wait it out while enjoying a dessert or coffee using our community board display, featuring real-time updates such as traffic and weather, upcoming community events and promotions for LTOs popular in the area. Our order confirmation solution features an embedded LCD in the drive thru pick-up window, displaying guests’ order details and brand reinforcement during dwell time as their food is being prepared. Guests have an at-a-glance opportunity to confirm order information, decreasing mistakes in the order fulfilment process and allowing store employees more time to focus on speed of service.

Double-sided OLED displays offer an eye-catching promotion board solution, using vivid rich media outside the restaurant to entice passersby to stop in and try the LTOs or special offers being promoted. The content can be updated in the moment, ensuring content is always relevant.
